This worksheet helps your child both identify nouns and classify them as singular or plural–two very important grammatical standards that your little learner must master.

On this worksheet you will find ten sentences. Your student must underline the noun in every sentence, and then write either, “Singular” or “Plural” on the line provided, depending on the plurality of the noun they have underlined.

For example, if the underlined noun is, “Squirrel” then your child should write, “Singular” on the line.
